The company has a long standing commitment to community development through the arts and enjoys working in collaboration with community groups and companies.

To date, RMT have worked alongside adults with learning disabilities, children with physical and learning disabilities, people with mental health problems, young travellers, older people, cancer support groups, children of families in the armed services, community theatre groups, youth groups, play groups, holiday and after school clubs, multi-ethnic groups, schools and colleges.

Collaborators have included Pioneer Projects of Bentham, Mid Pennine Arts, DNA Puppetry and Visual Theatre, Beaumont College & Skerton Community centre, (Lancaster) Bentham Theatre Group, etc.
